Shipping & Return Policies

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If you are in a rush, you can select to have your order processed within 3 business days, 2 business days, or the next business day. There is an upcharge for rush production. NOTE: The process date is not when your order will arrive at your location.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AT MY LOCATION?

You determine the arrival date by selecting the shipping method at checkout. From the process date you have selected, you can expect your order to arrive approximately within the following timetable.

*Please note that My Generation reserves the sole and exclusive right to change or modify these terms at any time without notice to you.

Every single item on MG Kidz will take us 3- 5 business days to process to make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3-5 days, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the tracking system.

Shipping Time:
This is the time that it takes your products to depart our warehouse from My Generation to YOU. There is a second way you can control the speed of receiving your order. Choose faster shipping to get your products even quicker.

Return Policies 

We hope you love what you've ordered. But if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your retail order for a full refund.

​MGKidz.org. will credit, or exchange the item cost within 14 days of the purchase date.

​

Returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging, with original hang-tags attached, and include all accessories, instruction guides, and labels. Clothing items must be unworn.

​If your items are received damaged or defective please follow the steps outlined below with pictures:

 

 *Please indicate if you would like a refund or replacement item by emailing us at Info@mgkidz.org.


*If you request a refund, the original shipping cost will be refunded in addition to the cost of the item and sales tax (if applicable).


*If you request a replacement item, it will be shipped to you without any additional charges.


*If you request an MGKidz.org credit, you will need to return the purchased items and My Generation will issue a credit code, once the item is received, to use on MGKidz.org.


*If you request an exchange, please return the items you wish to exchange and place a new order.
